After a walkthrough or a thorough phone inventory, we hand you a single number that covers the entire home, and a $110 deposit holds your date and comes off the balance. If you want to compare, hourly runs $179/hr for two movers and a truck and $249/hr for three, but most full-home moves we lock as a flat figure so you are not paying for our coffee break. We start with a short walkthrough or video survey, and from your actual inventory we set one flat Pioneer Valley rate — no hourly meter buried anywhere inside it. Whatever that quote reads is the whole price, with nothing added once the truck is loaded or a Nor’easter pushes the date.
