From the May move-out wave to the August and September flood around the Five Colleges, our board fills in predictable bursts. Grad students churning leases, faculty heading out on sabbatical, families upsizing from a downtown apartment to a cape in Leeds; we schedule all of it, and we schedule around Nor’easters in the off-season so your stuff is not riding out an ice storm in the back of a truck. We start with a short walkthrough or video survey, and from your actual inventory we set one flat Pioneer Valley rate — no hourly meter buried anywhere inside it. Whatever that quote reads is the whole price, with nothing added once the truck is loaded or a Nor’easter pushes the date.
